      Entretien

I applied via LinkedIn and received an automated interview invitation back in 2018. I set up a time and had my phone interview the following week. The interview went very well and I was told that the director would reach out to me by the following Friday. I sent a thank you email and follow up, but never heard anything back. In 2020, I received an email from their automated system asking that I apply to the same position but at a different location. I'm assuming they kept me in their system after my first interview/application. I applied and 2 weeks later received an email that the position was canceled. 2 weeks later I received 2 alerts - one asking that I apply to the same position at the same location and another asking me to apply for the position above it. I applied to both. I received a rejection email for the higher up position and an automated interview invite for the other. I had a second interview with the same person as two years prior who explained that I was never called back in 2018 because they decided to pull someone from clinical staff who could work double duty - servicing patients and working in Operations. She never explained why I didn't get a rejection email in the very least. Anyway...the interview went well and I was told there would be a follow-up from the director that Friday. What I received instead? An email letting me know the position was canceled entirely AGAIN. 2 weeks after that, I get ANOTHER electronic invite for the same position at the same location from a different recruiter. I have yet to have that interview. I'm not sure I will. This company is really disorganized and while the interviewers were nice, I'd rather not waste my time applying, prepping, and interviewing for a company that doesn't know what they are doing. My advice to DaVita. 1) Don't put out job postings for positions just to cancel them 2 weeks later. Especially without an explanation. 2) Follow through as promised. 3) Remove automated system unless used right
