tldr: Process was convoluted and long-winded - Optoro likes to make candidates go through hoops and loops.
Typical HR screening interview to start, then interview with hiring manager. Then a day of three 1:1 interviews with people you'd work with on the team / cross functionally, followed by a case presentation (that can take awhile to prepare) to the 3 panelists + hiring manager. HR was often disorganized - for example, the interviewers changed and I was not informed until I already arrived the day of (this was 2020 pre-covid) After the panel they have you talk to one of the co-founders (really unpleasant personality). Then 2 more interviews with others on the team they felt the need to add. Overall super complex process that dragged on and on, felt unnecessarily long just to make them feel they are selective.
