I applied online & heard back within 2 days for an initial phone screen which was with someone on staff currently doing the rotational. After, there’s a more technical phone interview with 2 staff members and I finally made it to the 3rd round, or so I thought. The 3rd round was a super day in office, I got the notification 3 days prior and confirmed my response the next morning. I had asked some follow up questions regarding how to book travel and never heard back. I reached out to a second recruiter the day I was supposed to travel & she reached out via phone — telling me there was no slots for me because they never received a confirmation email (which wasn’t true). She mentioned she would follow up with me if they would be opening up the position again if they didn’t hire enough candidates. I never heard from her and did notice the role got posted again & so I reached out and no response. I was extremely excited for the possibility of getting this opportunity but they clearly dropped the ball.
