2 math tests before telephone interviews
the first barrier math test consists of 80 simple calculations, 8 minutes to finish. I did it on the University Career Fair. I guess this must be done onsite with the supervising from Optiver staff. I got a call from HR serveral days after the test told me I passed the first test and confirmed with me the second test.
the second test consists of around 30 questions, all about finding number sequences. I did it in my University. So these tests all should be done under the eyes of Optiver, in case someone may have gotten help.
After passing these two tests, I got a phone interview with the HR. It is a pretty standardized interviews, basiclly about your resume, experience, motivation and cultrue fit. But make sure you have some shinning points to convicne them you are the one they need, not anyone else. For exampe, tell them your connection with trading, or at least calculation or risk involved activities.
Unfortunately I did not pass the phone interview, probably because of the culture fit.

CV and cover letter submitted online. Received a call the very next day to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was super easy, it was just about my university experience. Following the phone interview got told to complete the mental maths test. I tried to practice online with this "trader mental maths" that was linked in an interview review on Glassdoor. However, the questions in the actual maths test were much much harder. I scraped through on the maths test (apparently they don't take anyone under 50/80). The next step was a skype interview, which was 50% behavioural and 50% the trader game test. The behavioural part of the interview was actually pretty similar to the phone interview, mostly about university and work experience, the trader game was easy, but hard to do under interview pressure. They called me a few days after the interview telling me that they weren't progressing with my application because I hadn't performed well enough in the trader game.

The 1st and 2nd round were 2 math tests, which have been reported many times on this site. Basic arithmetics and number sequence problems. Both are challenging but can be prepared.
The 3rd round was a 30 phone screen. Behavioral questions.
The 4th round was facet-to-face 1 hour on-site interview with 1 HR and 1 trader. 30min Behavioral questions and 30min trading game with poker.
Waiting for the 5th (final) round.
