OA had two specific questions to Optiver,
One was on scheduling events subject to some constraint.

Entretien
The process was very smooth and pleasant, I was always getting response and feedback within a couple of days after an interview (sometimes the same day) and knew what to expect next. The interviewers were very nice and helpful, I enjoyed speaking with them. Definitely one of the nicest application experiences I've had so far.

Question 1
I won't disclose the questions, but there were 5 rounds: 1. An online coding test (less focus on Algorithmics than in other companies, but code quality matters). I had 48h to complete it. 2. HR interview 3. Technical interview (programming languages / systems questions, data structures) 4. Final round (consisted of 3 interviews: one Algorithmics/Maths, one describing in detail a project I've done in the past and one 'Systems interview')
First round technical interview. Equal parts coding and classic system design. Chill interviewer, chatted a bit after the interview. Lots of emphasis on weighing the pros and cons of an approach.

Entretien
The coding part was easy, but the logical reasoning was confusing, as one couldn't say they were completely right. Questions seemed easy, but I couldn't complete the other on time, spent too much time perfecting the first one.
