Entretien
Initial HackRank screening test with 3 parts: first 80 arithmetic questions in 8 minutes, second pattern and probability Questions, and third a betting game where you have a certain amount of money and have to allocate it and explain.
Following the screen there was a phone interview with a recruiter that was mostly behavioral with one probability question at end that was simple bayes theorem and was not that difficult.
Final round was on site and consisted of three technical interview and shadowing a trader and a conversation with the head of trading. First technical was a game where you had to make bets based on roll of a die, Second was a market making game, and third was a basic price ladder. Overall a lot of quick thinking and EV math.
Throughout process they were very nice and treated me well and got back to me within a week.

Why Optiver? Why Trading? If you have multiple offers how will you decide?
First you send your CV and then you get different "challenges". One for sequences, one for probability and one for coding. All of them are quite hard, especially the probability one.

Roll one hundred dices, remove all possible groups of 1,2,3,4,5,6. Expected amount of dices left.
OA, phone, 3 interviews, each was a fun game that required risk taking and dealing with expectation. stay level headed and think about many cases. communicate clearly with your interviewer and explain everything.
a sequence of cognitive brainteasers requiring speed and accuracy, First round / online assessments consists of game-like rounds . Make sure to not hesitate in video rounds, as they are testing your confidence too.
