J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Optiver

Had a ~30 minute phone interview that mostly just covered why I was interested in the position, what my relevant experience is, etc. Then once I got through that, they sent me a hackerrank programming challenge that consisted of three problems, each with increasing difficulty. They gave 24 hours to complete it from the time I clicked start, and it took me around 8 or so since I spent a lot of time checking over my answers. I felt I did pretty well on the coding part, and I was able to successfully solve each problem efficiently, but I ended up getting a vague email telling me that they don't have any positions for me at this time. They were unwilling to provide any feedback on why I didn't advance to the final round. Overall a pretty standard coding-challenge-based interview, just wished I got any feedback so I could learn from it. Felt like 8 hours of coding down the drain.

Question 1
Complete 3 leetcode-style problems in less than 24 hours (but you have a few days to start the challenge)
A bit anxiety inducing, there were two developers observing and asking questions. Real-time problem solving required, conducted on Hacker Rank virtually, video and mic enabled - quite nervewracking to say the least
I had one round, which was an online HackerRank test. I wasn’t able to pass all the test cases, and as a result, I did not progress to the next stage of the process.
A lot of interviews. Started off with a call, then some online tests. Then a technical interview. Then a live coding interview along with a architecture interview. Last step would have been final day interview but I did not get that far.
