Recruited by linkedin. HR phone screen. Hackerrank take home challenge. Questions on probability, algorithms (graph search), and number theory. Need to know graphs to pass the take home. Was supposed to be a data science interview, seemed like traditional financial quant interview.

Question 1
How many nodes are there in a recombining binomial tree with n steps? How many paths are there to a particular node?
Ask questions not so hard but unprepared. The interview is not so hard but need to prepare very well for leet code data structure questions. I think the experience is below average compared to other companies.
Hr asking some generally questions about my background, my past experience and my current job and my motivation, taking around 20 minutes, then replying to me after about one week later
OA with quick probability questions requiring estimation and cognitive ability games that test memory and reaction speed. First round was betting game with dice and cards. Be ready to build a confidence interval anytime you answer a question.
