Entretien
Typical trading interview process.
1: Online skills test (80 questions, 8 mins): Mental math questions. I don't actually think that there is a strict cutoff here. I took it half-asleep, and I think I managed to score a 48-49, and I still passed.
2: Phone screener: 30 mins of a resume walk-through with someone from HR
3: Sequences test: A little harder, but more time allotted, so overall this was easier than the first test.
(tradertest.com is a great resource for both tests)
4: Phone interview with trader: mental math, fermi questions, brainteasers.
I made a ton of mistakes during the final phone interview, so I was cut here.

Not too bad, behavioral and technical stages. They start of with a behavioural and resume review, this is after you pass the OA ofc. Then after passing that they give you a technical.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
What are some extracurriculars you have done, how do they relate to your growth and interests.
Includes OA with usual math and cognitive tests. The technical interview involved a 1-1 Zoom call with their trader, where you are playing betting games on their assessment platform. The interviewers are very nice and willing to help, even if you get stuck and have nothing to say.
