Okay process, no feedback post rejection. Had to work on a stock pitch, and create a financial model after games and online assessment, which was then the main topic of the first round interview.

Entretien
Incredibly technical accounting and finance questions for a role that supposedly required very little experience beforehand. Tough but doable, if you've studied advanced accounting/finance at university. Incredibly Long aptitude tests, some really easy, some really hard
Receive the online test next day after submitting the application. The test is divided into three sections, the first one is to assess knowledge of equity research. The second and thrid are Zap-N and Zap-Q questions, which can not be well-prepared ahead.
