Had a 30min interview with the internal Recruiter. Everything went well and even sounded like this recruiter wanted to move me to the next step. I sent my thank you and also a follow up a week later. Got no response. It was extremely unprofessional to not even get a automated response that I didn't get the role. Truly unfortunate to have to deal with this type of stuff where they can't even send out a quick rejection email.
