Initial phone interview with recruiter followed by a second phone interview with he direct manager in the US. Questions were fairly standard. Attended in person with 2 senior leaders on site. General impression was a lack of clarity in terms of what they wanted for the role. Advised I should meet with the lead for Toronto site right away and never heard from them again. Poor candidate experience.
