HR recruiters are very friendly. Not intimidating at all, make you feel very comfortable and at ease. Questions are based on real life experiences/occurrences, really challenge you to question how you would respond.

Entretien
The culture of the office was laid back yet professional and the HR personnel are very friendly. My first interview was at the main office with someone in Human Resources. Once I was called back for a second interview, I met with one of the managers at the site I would be working at to discuss the position. The manager asked me many hypothetical situations about how I would deal with unexpected client issues and crises. I must have answered correctly because I was offered the job within a few days after my second interview. You will also need to pass a TD/PPD test prior to employment and submit fingerprinting to the OMH (Office of Mental Health).

What made you want to work in this field? Aside from that I can't remember specific questions, besides given hypothetical situations, because the interview process was so long ago.
