3 step interview - recruiter, manager and exec. Interview process was straightforward and is in person. Mostly experience related and behavioural questions like tell me about a time you solved a complex problem. High focus on culture fit.

I was headhunted for this role. I was told there would be 2 interviews - 1 with HR, 1 with the manager for this role. There was an additional interview with the CEO and I was given less than 12 hours notice to come in person to their office. With so much urgency, I expected to receive my answer quickly, but they gave me the offer 1.5 months later. The HR people followed up after every step of the process which was not helpful, it made it more stressful getting calls during the day from them while I was at my current job's office.
