The process was not streamlined at all, had to follow-up multiple times just to schedule an interview with different individuals. they rescheduled it multiple times and didnt even care about other people's time.

Entretien
Disappointingly non-committal. HR reached out to me for an informal telephone chat after a referral. The interviewer was late and seemed to only have called after I sent a message. The discussion seemed to be going well and I was told I would get feedback by the end of the week, which I did not receive. I then followed up the following week and received the standard rejection note. Upon requesting feedback (with a follow up), I was told that no "specific feedback" was available. A bit gobsmacked at the process, to be honest.
The interview was pretty straightforward. It consisted of a generic interview with the recruiter and a short case. The recruiter walks through your resume with you, trying to understand your educational and work background. they are also evaluating you as a fit for the company simultaneously.
