It was a telephonic interview call from Singapore with me located in India or a job in Tokyo. The HR guy didnt even know proper English. He was haggling on the salary like a street vendor (take this or leave it). Most of the communication later was on email with most of my queries unanswered by the HR guy.

Interview process will start at the resume shortlisting then Technical interview will be held based on the result it will through for the next round which will be either client interview or the management interview then followed by the HR interview
