Very unprofessional handling by the recruiter. Scheduled the zoom call and when I joined on time, there was no one there. Then the recruiter emailed me that the team is not taking new candidates without further details provided. There is zero respect to the candidates who spent time to apply and prepare, also spare the time for the interview.

First there was a phone screening, 30 minute call or so. Then a week later an interview with the potential manager and lastly an interview with colleagues within a few days after the first video interview.

They asked about previous experience, why I wanted to work at Optimizely and such. Basic questions really, all the interviews were very enjoyable.
