Entretien
I applied on LinkedIn. Then I received an email from the HR Director to schedule a 30 minute phone interview. Then after the phone interview they got back to me after 1 week to schedule a SuperDay interview which is in person in their DC office location. The interview questions I provided were only from the phone interview - I havent done the SuperDay yet. The HR Director was extremely nice and I really enjoyed speaking to them.

The interview process consisted of an initial HR screening where I was asked about my background and then 3 rounds of interviews all on the same day on different areas of consulting.

Interview Process during the Pandemic:
Phone Screen
Super Day - 2 behavioral interviews with any one of Consultants, SC's, M's and SM's (total of 2 hours) and 1 case (1 hour)
