I was approached about this job in the past via email from "H" and saw it opened up again, as the last Head of Security left the org (first red flag). Reached out to "H" by email, Linkedin, applied online, sent resume via email, and wasn't even offered a hey thanks after multiple follow ups (second red flag). Response was handled completely unprofessional and I have a good idea of why the last security rockstar left the org. Be careful here guys as talent is fleeing and unprofessional folks without actual real business experience are in "leadership" positions. Very pessimistic outlook for Optimism.
