It was honestly one of the best interviews I’ve had in a while. I felt very welcomed and at ease throughout the entire conversation. The hiring managers were incredibly kind and professional, and they truly reflected the company’s culture in the way they communicated and engaged with me. The experience left a very positive impression

I applied for a opportunity at Optima Tax Relief I believe in early November. It was during the holiday season so process was a little slow. When I applied for the company I applied for a outbound position however they felt that my skills was more for a csr position that I gladly accepted. The process was slow but worth the time . You first get a phone interview then after that you get a 1 on 1 you also do a typing test I think every department has a different typing speed. During my interview process I felt welcomed even at the office. My recruiter was Sogal she followed up with me through out the entire process. She also helped me with tools that I needed to get ready for. For example she told me to practice my typing speed before the interview and she kindly forward my resume to the hiring managers. Also when the outbound team said that they were looking for someone else Sogal did not rejected me and she tried her best to put me in a position that best fits my needs. In my opinion it shows that the company cares for their employees and they try every way to help them be successful. Thank you Optima Tax Relief for giving me this opportunity in 2019 and for having a awesome recruiter named Sogal!

The first interview was for Customer Service Rep., but after talking to the interviewer she felt I would be a better fit as a specialty JCM. So my second interview was 1:1, the interview was very successful, I felt welcomed and could immediately feel how everyone at the company not only displayed confidence as well as friendliness and professionalism.
