I applied online and heard back from them after over a month. We scheduled, however, an online interview and, when the video call started, the CEO didn't even care to introduce herself or the company. I could see there was someone else next to her who wasn't introduced either. After 20 minutes of questions about my experience, the call ended with the CEO telling me I didn't have enough experience (which they could have assessed even just by looking at my CV, I guess). I wasn't asked if I had any questions nor I was given any information about the company or the role. It was probably one of the worst interviews of my life, the CEO had a very cold attitude and barely looked at me during the whole call. Glad I didn't get the job.
