The hiring process at OptConnect was very smooth and efficient. I met with some of my potential team members as a preliminary interview. After the first interview, a second interview was set up with the hiring manager. Our schedules didn't mesh together very well, so he met me for an early breakfast to have our interview. I was kept in the loop throughout the process and didn't need to worry about being left in the dark.
