1. Set up initial interview time with recruiter
2. Recruiter cancels 5 minutes before interview
3. Get email saying they've proceeded with other candidates
4. Get offers at top n/unicorns
Bad experience overall. I blocked off time on my calendar to take the phone call and they didn't have the time to pre-screen me until 5 minutes before the interview?
