Everyone I interviewed with along the was was super nice, very thorough, and seemed to genuinely care about the process. That being said, this was the longest interview process I've ever been through. First was an interview with a recruiter. Second was an interview with a department manager, followed by a very detailed work sample and a 30 minute personality and aptitude assessment. Third was an interview with another department manager and another person in the department. Then finally, there was a fourth interview with two VP's. There were similar but also different questions asked in each. I invested so much time and effort into this process, but did not receive an offer. It feels unfair to put a candidate through so much work and I don't think I'd do this again with another company.
