      Entretien pour Associate Consultant

      16 nov. 2013
      Employé (anonyme)
      Offre acceptée
      Expérience positive
      Entretien moyen

      Candidature

J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez OpenBI en nov. 2013

      Entretien

The interview process considered three separate interviews. First interview: Was an on campus interview with one of the co-founder's of the company. This interview was a mixture of behavioral questions and questions about things listed in my resume. Second interview: The second interview was a phone interview with one of the company's senior consultants. This interview was also a mixture of behavioral questions and questions about things listed in my resume. Third interview: This was the third and final interview. It was over the phone and was with the other co-founder of the company. This interview had less of an emphasis of behavior questions and more a technical focus. A lot of the questions had to deal with the specifics of the type of work I did as an Actuarial intern. I was notified I received an offer about 2.5 weeks after the final interview (I was warned in advance that I would take them roughly that long to decide as they still had more candidates to interview after I finished my final interview with them). After receiving the offer I was given roughly two weeks to respond to the offer.

      Questions d'entretien [1]

      Question 1

I wouldn't really describe any of the questions asked as particularly difficult or unexpected. I think all the questions asked were fair, relevant to the position, and mostly focused on things listed in my interview. Since this was a technical position, I was asked about my experience with JAVA, SQL, and R. Sample questions included things like "Give an example where you had to trouble shoot raw data?" "Give an example where you worked on a project that involved data integration?" "Give an example of a project you performed in Java?" "Given an example of a project where you worked with R?"
