I must mention that I am not one to complain or write reviews but this interview process was absurd. I did my research and despite the terrible reviews, I chose to continue on with my interview to see if this position would be a good fit. After 4 phone interviews, my "face to face" interview consisted of a 2 hour "pit sit" where I shadowed one of the recruiters to see the day to day tasks of the company. Working in HR for years, I've never heard of something like this during the interview process - only after you are hired as an orientation of sorts. The employees were not friendly by any means and did not make me feel welcomed. The office was small, open floor plan was congested and they did not fail to mention the entire length of my time there how stressful the job was. Why would you shine such a negative light on the company to a potential candidate? After wasting 2 hours of my time, I was told that I needed to be passed onto ANOTHER round of interviews. 6 interviews for an entry level position? The turnover rate for this company is astronomical, which is probably why at the time of my interview they had 5 open recruiter positions. Do not waste your time interviewing here. Do your research and put your time and energy into a company that will value you.

I applied online and had a phone interview with a recruiter and a manager. The recruiter said that the manager liked me a lot and she wanted to do an in person interview and a pit sit. I went to their office in cranberry and was there for almost 3 hours after I already worked an 8 hour day at my own job. After they asked me questions they pretty much trained me on the job. I even made a call and left a message. Everyone seemed to like me and I was so positive that I got the job that I cancelled an interview I had set up for the day after. I sent a follow up email saying I would love the opportunity to work there and they said they have a few more people to interview but would let me know as soon as they had their decision. I never heard back. Waste of time, not worth working for a company like that.
