I submitted a job application online, and over a month later they replied to say "it seems like you might be a good fit for this position". So I went to the phone interview with HR and it was the shortest chat possibly ever. they let me know that the next step would be an in person interview. The next interview was a GROUP interview in person scheduled over THREE hours. This involved me an several other candidates facing off together in a conference room with slightly different answers to all the same questions between different "rounds" of interviews. It was exhausting and at the end I was not selected to move forward. To other potential candidates- I say please be aware of this step and either plan to try to one-up the other people in a very aggressive style or don't let these folks waste your time.
