Process took over 5 weeks, every time you're advanced/get any updates it will be the same automated message. I did a project and received no acknowledgment or feedback. They asked extremely specific work questions for the entire duration of the interviews and left no time for questions (this is an entry-level role) and asked nothing about me as a person, my career goals, why I want to work there, etc. After multiple rounds and following up, they said they were 'pausing recruitment'. They said this after re posting the job listing on LinkedIn a week prior (which was still up until today), posting that they're hiring on Instagram, and the director of the team posted on their own LinkedIn that they were hiring. Very unprofessional and the team should be straight up and just tell candidates no, instead of saying that they'll consider you when recruitment resumes. A few days later, they posted that they're now hiring for an Associate Account Manager. It seems like they didn't like any of the candidates or think they were qualified, so they're now hiring for a higher position even though myself and many others are still qualified for this role. They are looking for the perfect, all-star candidate that will likely be overworked and underpaid. Wish they were more empathetic and professional during this process - should not have led candidates on for almost 2 months just to 'pause hiring'.

It was a long interview process with several rounds. Started with their hiring manager, then the potential team you would work on, and then a homework assignment. If I made it to the next round, then I would have spoken to the manager.
