Conducted a 20 minute phone interview. Asked me questions regarding my current job, my current responsibilities and what I am looking for in my next steps. Got to share my interests and learned more about the roles that are currently available at the company.

Interview was about half an hour long. It’s pretty straight forward. Managers and EVP are present during the interview. They ask why are you leaving the current job and why do you want to work at the bank. They would ask you to describe your personality and your goals.
