Interview was scheduled to be with hiring manager, his immediate supervisor, and then with the COO. A short, written skills assessment was done before the actual interview. Never did meet with the COO of the company due to a scheduling conflict.
The interview with the hiring manager and his boss was a disappointment. The back and forth between the manager very awkward. The 2nd gentleman seemed very uninterested, and actively avoided making eye contact.
I left the interview with a less-than-stellar impression of the company and the team i would have been a part of.
I notified their HR department that I was no longer interested in the position based on that interview, and after doing some additional research on the company.
