      J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Oodle Car Finance (Dublin, Dublin)

      Awful! Even though it started off very well it ended badly. Firstly, I applied for a different role and had a call and then a Teams interview. I was told that I would be having a further interview with the Head of function and waited. Out of the blue I got an invite for another interview but a different role. When I queried this, I was told that I would be suited due to my experience and it was more money and it was assumed that I would be happy with that. I had another Teams interview (which was successful) and another with the Head of Collections (which was also pleasant and went well). The wait was endless! Emails and calls made for an update went unanswered until finally a perfunctory email advised me that I was unsuccessful. Brilliant, why on earth refer me for a role that I didn't ask for and then say I was unsuccessful. The feedback was poor and again, I had to ask. It was like trying to get blood out of a stone! I asked about the original role and was advised that it had been put on hold but when it was back in scope that I would be included. I don't think so; if that is the way that you treat potential employees then the negative reviews must have an element of truth. Ghosting is an awful practice; maintain contact with your potential employees, they can make you look good!
