I was contacted for a role. I had two phone interviews that went smoothly. An in-person interview was set up, but was cancelled at the last minute. There was some confusion on their end in rescheduling. I met with both the Director and the VP. The Director was friendly and professional. The VP was standoffish and it was obvious that he expected candidates to implore him for employment. A point was made that I was done a favor just by meeting him, even though the interview was preset with both. I was told that I would be contacted for further interviewing. I followed up, and was ignored.
