I applied for the Executive Assistant position and initially received a very positive message from Talent Acquisition inviting me to schedule an interview. I promptly replied with several availability options and even followed up again after not receiving any response.
Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts to communicate — including a LinkedIn follow-up — I never received any reply or update regarding the interview process. Instead, I later received a generic rejection stating that the position had already been filled.
What disappointed me most was not the rejection itself, but the complete lack of communication throughout the process. A short update or acknowledgment would have been appreciated, especially after candidates invest time, interest, and availability into the process.
I hope the company improves its candidate communication and overall recruitment experience in the future.
