You will receive a phone call from their recruiting department which will take about 10- 15 minutes of your time. They're really looking to make sure that you don't have any felonies are available for the job immediately. The second interview normally comes from the director of recruiting which for the most part consists of three basic interview questions then the rest is really just a conversation. Normally takes 30-45 minutes. If there is a third interview it will be with the director of that particular division that they are hiring for.
