Good interview process. written -> interview -> assignment -> interview > hr interview Written: OOP, Database, Simple coding, Framework features, etc. Interview: first interview questions were pretty similar to the written exam. Second interview was on assignment evaluation.

The interview consists of 3 stages. In the 1st stage, theoretical and conceptual questions are asked based on a wide variety of topics including OOP, SQL, Design Patterns, Networking, Operating Systems. Then based on the interview performance either a simple CRUD application project is given or not. In 2nd stage, the main discussion is mainly based on the project submitted. Plus it includes more scenario based questions based on project or outside it. In 3rd stage, its mainly more of a formality to meet with the Owner of the Company and other senior personnel.
