It was very easy to gk through everyone was so kind and thoughtul throughout the whole thing and the whestions were extremely easy and if you got stucj the manager helped you through yhe questions

Entretien
I came in for a 1st interview after receiving a call to schedule one for a customer service representative position. It was a group interview and there was 3 more people in the room along with 3 of the CSR supervisors. It was fairly easy with just your average job interview questions.
I was called in for a 2nd interview and this time it was just me, and the 3 supervisors again. This time it was to really get to know me. Previous experience, what are your plans for the future, why are you a good fit for this postion, previous experiences, etc. After the interview I was taken to the CSR department to take an assessment to determine your words per minute typing on the computer, and a basic assessment with math problems in it including how to get taxes and percentages. After they took those from me they pretty much offered me a job on the spot. It was a pretty easy interview process.
