Recruiter reached out to me to schedule an interview via a link she provided in her email. I then provided 3 different available days with time frame of my availability. The recruiter then confirms a time and a day from the available time I provided. The time comes for my interview and the recruiter emails me saying she was pulled into a meeting and we need to reschedule. I understand that part. So I then give her my availability again for the next two days. Haven’t heard from her since. The recruiters are the job seekers first impression of a company and so this experience let’s me know that if they will flake on the initial interview what else will they confirm on but then flake?
