Very quick and simple process. Needed a webcam and headset as you will need that moving forward. Most of my questions got answered in the interview. The low-pressure interview just asked me about my experiences in customer service and gave specific for instance situations. Was offered a job an hour after the interview, but I would say that is probably not typical.
