I recently interviewed with One, and unfortunately, the experience was quite frustrating. The interview process was initially unclear and changed multiple times, extending beyond the originally stated number of rounds. Despite successfully completing all eight rounds and clearing all of them, the company ultimately response was that they are not able to decide even after getting yes in all the interviews. It was disappointing that they were unable to make a decision after such an extensive evaluation. I would not recommend to interview for this company, this seems to not value the time of the candidate.
