After applying for the position, you will receive a phone interview with a few questions and if you pass that, then you will move forward to 1-hour video interview which will be more detail about you and your work experience

I've done 4 interview for one main but now they are wanting me to do a job shadowing interview. I feel this is a little much for a position that doesn't pay what it should.
