Was asked to do a phone interview at 3:30, I agreed. The lady called around 4:00, so a half hour late. The questions she asked made it seem as if she did not have my resume in front of her. Questions she asked would easily have been answered if she took a second to look at my resume, for example "where have you worked" or "what position did you hold in your last job." This alone turned me off to the company. Another thing that turned me off was the hours are 2 Saturdays a month, and work Tuesday and Thursday nights. After this, I pretty much threw the interview as I don't want to in for another round, since I won't be interested in it. The woman that interviewed me also seemed like she wasn't listening to me very well, as she asked me to repeat my answers a few times.

1st one by phone, 2nd with the Branch Manager, 3rd with the Regional Manager. I was told each one would take about 20 minutes. Each one took about 90. Their's was the 15th company I had interviewed with in the prior 3 months or so. They didn't ask me any unusual interview questions, so I had an answer for everything they asked. 1 week or so after the 3rd interview they phoned me, made me an offer, and gave me 48 hours to decide if I wanted the position or not.
