      J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez OneDigital en juin 2023

      Entretien

      I applied, was rushed through a rescheduling and phone screen, as well as one of the personality tests. Was offered a zoom video. Came across as a "hard" interview. She wasn't very personable, asked generic questions and as someone who has been in recruiting, it was obvious they were looking for something/someone very specific. A word of advice - don't be transparent and if you give any type of honest answer / clarity, that will rule you out. Was told they had a few more for the position. Received notice at the end of the week via automatic workday notifications I wasn't selected. Was excited after seeing their process, but I know I would have been unhappy under her management.

      Very strange process. A higher up from the company reached out to me on social media wanting to chat about an opportunity. I let her know my availability and she said she would coordinate a time for us to speak. She then said her schedule was booked and another teammate would connect with me. I had a phone call with the teammate and she honestly had no idea what she was even speaking to me for. She was unsure of the role and said the exec just wanted us to chat. She said she would get back to me and I never heard from the company again. I would suggest not reaching out to people if there is not an actual position they need to fill. I would also suggest not ghosting candidates. Strange candidate experience.
