Applied online, was contacted back quite swiftly and invited for a virtual interview. It was a pleasant interview, the general first-type interview questions. Was with just the recruiter. A few days later I had a second interview with someone from the team. A few days later was asked to go for psychometric testing. And got an offer soon after. All about within 3 weeks or so. Very pleasant experience, very friendly people.

10/10 ! I have had a handful of interviews prior to my interview at OneDayOnly. They all went fairly well (receiving 2 offers) but the companies and interview processes were not pleasant. You always felt unwanted or disposable. During the OneDayOnly interview process I met with a recruiter and a member of the team. Where we had a lengthy but amazing discussion about the company, goals, life and myself (obviously). The companies values were shown by the two people hosting the interview. They made me feel wanted and valued more than any other company. After the interview the communication was quick and pleasant and after a couple of rounds and quizzes I was offered the job. Nothing but green flags and massive smiles when doing an interview with this amazing company and team !
