I was contacted to interview with the Director (Shelby). The interview was fairly short - it only lasted 10 minutes. I found it unusual that this was a video interview and she didn't turn her camera on. I was asked to summarize my sales experience, which I did. Zero questions asked of me as to why I'm looking for a new opportunity or really anything detailed about my background. Despite this, I did express a high level of interest in moving forward with next steps, as this opportunity and the company were very appealing. I was told she would reach back out no later than the next day and she did not. I sent a follow up email and **crickets**. I'm simply pointing out lack of follow-through and not extending the professional courtesy of a simple reply.
