Be ready to be grilled. The phone interview is standard and conducted by a nice person that understands the company needs. The in-person interview is difficult. You are interviewed by two executives that can't decide what they are looking for to fill the position. They admit upfront - the position is difficult with have high turnover. My guess - they expect a miracle. During the interview I found the executives to be very confrontational. They do not have an accounting background - it is very apparent.
