The process consisted of two interviews, one phone interview and one in person. The lady I talked to on the phone was very nice, but when I got to my in person interview her partner was with her and she was very rude. She talked down to me and lowered the pay from what I was told over the phone. I was clear after my interview I no longer wanted to work there.
