They called me in for an interview a day after I applied. I got there, waited about 40 minutes, had a five minute long interview, then went home. They had me take another interview the next day. I showed up on time and waited over an hour and half before they called my name. There were dozens of other kids there- there weren't even enough seats for everyone, it was like an interview factory farm. It was a very awkward process because when my name was called they called the name of another girl and basically they conducted two interviews at once while my direct competition was sitting across from me, competing over the same interview questions. They liked me I guess and offered me the job. They wanted me to start the next day but I requested a week before starting to plan out logistics at which point they got frustrated with me, questioned my dedication, and made me feel bad. I ended up telling them to look for other applicants. Uncomfortable and unprofessional process.

Honestly just a complete scam. The pre-screening was a facade to see if I would interested in doing their marketing scheme which isn’t what I applied to interview for. You are not interviewing for the position you want, it’s to do break back canvassing work for no money. MLM scam at its finest.

This is essentially an MLM company SCAM. Something felt very off about the entire experience. The first day interview lasted all of two minutes where who I assume was a Brand Manager spat out basic facts about the company a mile a minute and asked me all of two questions. They said they were only calling back around 20 candidates for the second round interviews the next day. I got an email and text later that evening that I made it to the next round. When I went in the next day it seemed like they called everyone back who showed up the first day, which was more than 20. They want you to feel like the position is special and they want you. The second day a recruiter interviewed myself and one other. We were given busy work while the interviewer questioned the other candidate. Asked about my gap in employment--seemed too focused on this aspect of my resume rather than all my experience in Communications and PR. Then he broke down the company and their marketing strategies which are essentially canvassing. Seemed unnecessary to explain all the duties of each role if they claim there is paid training. That's when I realized this is a canvassing job with lesser pay than actual canvassing companies. They falsely advertise that it is a corporate position. Went back to the office and waited to go in for a final interview where I was offered the position. I think they honestly could have looked at my resume and came to the conclusion that I was a good fit for the position and disregarded the entire interview process. One of my questions for them was what skills and experience makes a good candidate for this position and he answered saying candidates don't need any specific skills. I guess it would be great for people without a degree who are looking for a job for a few months and like feeling a part of a team. Other than that there seems to be no growth opportunity. Turn over rate seems high considering they hire and train people to be interviewers and this interviewing process happens frequently. They pay a little over $5 an hour plus commission but considering you cannot have clients until you step up the ladder I don't see how one can even make commission. They are literally stealing from you.
