Garbage - management doesn't know up from down. They are incompetent. You can ace the interview but if they do not personally like you than you will not get the job. They have hired some proven failures at past jobs but will pass on proven winners. Dumb.

Emailed my resume to the director of sales who I found via LinkedIn. I received a call from an in house recruiter I submitted a live recorded video of one minute answers to 6 unknown questions. Invited on site to meet three sales managers one on one. Followed up with a phone call with the director. I got an offer three weeks after applying.

1 v 1 with three different managers at the office - lasted about one hour and thirty minutes
One final interview with department head at the office - lasted about gouty five minutes
