      Entretien

      I applied online and was contacted by their Talent acquisition specialist via email about an interview over the phone. In August 2018. we set a time to talk 3 days later on a Thursday. She asked me pretty easy questions, about my background in training etc. I asked her when she would get back to me and she confidently replied Monday. I emailed the next week and the week after. No response was disappointed that such a company would ghost people.

      Entretien

      I had an initial phone screen with the recruiter and then another video screen with the hiring manager. The recruiter told me about the role, asked about my prior experience and interest, and asked my process for designing training. In the hiring manager screen, we talked more about the role and my prior experience. For the in person interview I met with 4 people. The first was a 'values interview' with the HR partner, then a 'business partner' interview with someone the team collaborates with, then an interview with peer/team mate, and finally an interview with the hiring manager. For the final in person interview I was asked to prepare some instructional design documents and a short presentation around a topic. The final part of the in person interview was doing the presentation and debriefing it. The recruiter was very responsive throughout the process and I felt that it moved fairly quickly within each sides time constraints. The very final step was a phone call with the Chief People Officer where she asked both about my experience and specific behavioral interview questions.
