applied online. 1st and 2nd round went smoothly. then on-site. scheduled to pick me up at the airport, but no one came. told me to provide receipt then reimburse me, but didn't. employees I met seemed don't really care about the job or the interview.
BTW, this "shadow banking" business don't really last long.

On phone call with external recruitment company then in person interview with 2 people from inside the company.
Interview ran over time as they tried to cram in Interview questions with a case study in one hour. They did not control the interview process well, so it was rushed throughout

I applied online and then had two phone interviews, one with HR and then later with the hiring manager. It was a pretty straightforward process, and overall the questions where pretty basic.
